Our products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items :) There may be a slight variation in color , texture and finish and is not to be considered a defect

We accept the returns/exchanges of the product in a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the package. It is important that the product retains its original , in good condition, unused and in the packaging with which it was received.

To complete your returns or exchanges, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we check that the returned product is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Madriguera workshop is not responsible for lost or broken merchandise in transit to us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping to our study.

When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to us.

If you receive your package damaged due to shipping , please contact us. We’ll diagnose the issue, and then offer to either replace the item or refund (your choice).

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Made to order: the exchanges or returns aren't allowed in a custom order.

Ten en cuenta que nuestros productos están hechos a mano y pueden variar ligeramente su apariencia. Esta es la naturaleza de los productos hechos a mano :) Puede haber una ligera variación en el color, la textura y acabado. Estos no se consideran defectos.

Aceptamos la devolución y cambio en un plazo máximo de 14 días tras recibir el paquete. Es importante que el producto mantenga su estado original, en buenas condiciones, sin usar y en el envoltorio con el que se recibió.

Para completar la devolución o cambio, se requiere un recibo a comprobante de compra.

Cuando comprobemos que el producto que quiere devolver está en perfectas condiciones, tramitaremos el cambio o devolución.

Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables, correrán a cargo del cliente.

Madriguera workshop no es responsable de la mercancía perdida o dañada en tránsito hacia nosotros. El comprador se hace total responsable del envío de vuelta a nuestro estudio.

Es recomendable utilizar un tipo de envío certificado, con opción a seguimiento del estado del envío.

En el caso de recibir el paquete dañado por el transporte, notifíquelo lo antes posible. Vamos a diagnosticar el problema y a continuación procederemos al cambio o devolución (a tu elección).
